Enjoy the little things.

As you know my days can have ups, and downs, so I am starting slow by enjoying the little things.

  1. Started boxing again.
  2. Having flowers in the house.
  3. Eating smoked salmon, and cream cheese on a fresh croissant.
  4. Facetime, and Facebook video with family.
  5. Stopping off an Panera for coffee.
  6. Having regular massages.
  7. A square of dark chocolate at night.
  8. Dancing when I can find a girlfriend to go with me.
  9. Having 2 local gyms.
  10. My stays at the beach.
