We will never forget – Veterans Day/Remembrance day.

This was such an important day for Len. He was so proud of his 22 years in the Royal Air Force. Being on the 2 H bombs, and 2 A bombs in the 1950’s, I was so lucky that he survived for so long.

We would have been eating out today, as many restaurants serve free meals for the military., but I will eat in.

I don’t have a poppy that we wore in England, but I am proud to post a photo of it.

We will never forget.

  1. Indeed, we must always remember and honor the service of our military and their families. Many of my extended family served as well. My late stepfather’s son served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years
