Yesterday I did 30 minutes of boxing hitting the heavy bag. My left was still lower than it used to be, but my jabs are retracting really well, and I am getting a lot faster with my jab, jab, punch. I then did my crunches on my favorite machine.
Today it was Body Pump, and although I do the warm up with the lightest weights, I completed the rest of the class with double the weight. I was also doing kneeling push ups, dips with a 10 lb. weight on my lap, and lunges while holding the 10 lb. weight by my chest.
I can see myself being able to get back into shape within the year that the Sports Orthopedic Specialist, had told me. I am very happy with my progress.
