Yesterday I managed 3 miles walking, but that was it. I only had one drink, but lots of good food, and 4 hours in the car. So today it’s Body Pump, and I may well do more upper body working out on the machines, as I don’t have any plans.
I am glad that I have 24-hour access to the gym, as tomorrow I will be able to do some boxing.
It’s def a good day for some strength training!
