One of my friends brought me some of the ham that had been frozen from Christmas. I left some out to thaw, warmed it in the convection oven, and then made the fluffiest scrambled eggs. Piled the eggs on the toast, and it was one of the best flavorful meals, that is so easy to make.
Sometimes, plain wholesome food can out taste the best restaurants in town.

A definite favourite for Dan and I! I don’t think I could handle eating out at the best restaurants in town for any length of time. I enjoy my comfort food.

Okay. That I have a hard time with mine were not fluffy.

Use a whisk to beat them, and cook on low heat continuously whipping. Take off heat while still slightly runny. Keep turning them, and they are amazing 🤩
