Today’s dinner. Ham and scrambled eggs on toast.

One of my friends brought me some of the ham that had been frozen from Christmas. I left some out to thaw, warmed it in the convection oven, and then made the fluffiest scrambled eggs. Piled the eggs on the toast, and it was one of the best flavorful meals, that is so easy to make.

Sometimes, plain wholesome food can out taste the best restaurants in town.
