This week I am still taking it easy, so instead of getting ready for the gym, I am having my second cup of coffee.
I do plan on exercising, but it will be slow. I will walk one of the local parks, while the children are in school. I will probably be the only one there. This is an open park, and all areas can be seen from the road, so extremely safe.
I also plan on dancing at home this week, and maybe an easy online class. Everything I have read states to exercise very gradually after Covid. This I plan to do.
