My Covid lasted about 15 days, but I took 3 weeks off of going to the gym. My breathing still wasn’t good.
Yesterday I went to the Body Pump class and did 50 minutes. Probably a little too much for the first time. Then in the afternoon I went for a walk with my girlfriend in a local park.
Today I did the treadmill, and then some of the machines in the gym. Followed by an hour at home, dancing to the Queen station, on Pandora.
Tomorrow I am back with Ryan, my boxing trainer at Load More Plate. I did warn him that my energy isn’t 100%, as well as my breathing.
I have put the weight back on that I lost during the first week of Covid, so my doctor will be very happy with me.
