This is through the Nextdoor app. They have many different groups including the Seniors meeting Seniors one that I joined. The women seem really nice, so decided to make one of my amazing rum trifles to take. I managed to make the custard when I got in from the dance, as it has to be continually stirred so it doesn’t form a skin on the top. Tomorrow the cream goes on, and the chocolate curls. It’s ‘bring your own bottle’, and we have a few ladies doing the driving.

It will be the first time I have been with a group of ladies, and so looking forward to it.
