and it will get up into the 60’s today. The weather really affected me for the first time since living in Florida. I didn’t go to any of the morning gym classes these past few days. I did go in the afternoons and went on the arm machines.

So today it’s Body Pump. I need to get in as much as I can, because my first surgery is only 10 days away, and I am guessing it will only be walking for a while after both of them.
