As we pay HOA fees this covers so many items that homeowners have to pay when something it done. Mine is one of the ones due for painting this year, so the guys were here doing the pressure washing, and later this week there should be new fresh paint.

Our fees are really inexpensive for all the services we get and paying them monthly it’s like a really small car payment. I never have to think about the landscaping, the house insurance (inside we have to pay), cable, WIFI, trash, pest control, new roof, and so much more. I could go to the pool, play tennis, shuffleboard, table tennis, pool, use the Clubhouse too.

I will take a photo of the house right now, and then will take one when it’s freshly painted.
