I am arranging a dance/dinner dance for the 2 groups I am in.

I was asked if I could be a second admin in one of the groups, but I said that I would sponsor events. The first one is going to be an evening of fun at the Eagles. With live music, inexpensive drinks, and they can buy dinner is they wish, I am sure the ladies will have a ball.

Now I have to record who is coming, and whether they will be eating. Also, if they have rides or can carpool.
