I left the house at 9 a.m. and drove down to Tyrone Square Mall. I had a facial booked, and also the body sculpting equipment. While I was having 24 carat gold leaf on my face and neck, I was also getting treatment for cellulite and spider veins on my upper legs. From there the light was changed for age spots on my knees down, and my arms. It was a beautiful warm feeling, as well as the cool facial. It was a perfect hour.

I then drove to the Voyager, where any owner can have free parking when in the area. I walked the extremely quiet beach, for around 90 minutes. Then I did my eye drops, had a protein bar, and a small yogurt.

I got home between 4.30 and 5.00 p.m. The journey down was light traffic, but really congested on the way home.
