Lightly jabbing, punching, hooks, and uppercuts.

I have been so bored not being able to really workout for so long. Yesterday I went on the arm machines and only used 10 lbs.

Today I didn’t put my wraps on, just my gloves, and did light taps on the heavy bag. This gave me twists in my shoulders, and abs, which felt good. It will only be another week and I will be back to some of my classes, that I have really missed.
