Lost the extra pounds from England already.

Even though I did a lot of walking in England, I gained weight eating all my favorite food that I can’t get in America. Lots of grilled back bacon with grilled tomatoes on toast, fresh cream Victoria sandwich, a cream tea in a tea shop, flaky pastry meat pie, bangers, and so much more. Plus, chocolate of course.

I got back late Saturday night, and by having my strawberry/blueberry/raspberry parfait every morning for breakfast, with coffee. Half a croissant with smoked salmon and cream cheese for lunch, and a small evening meal, I am back to my new happy weight. I plan on staying around 118 lbs., which is 10 pounds up from the malnutrition weight I had when taking care of Len. The doctor is really happy with it.
