Last Friday I went to a class at the gym, the day before boxing with my trainer, and I have also been to the gym boxing on my own.
Yes, my body is still toned, but I really do want to get on the right path again. I also have my punching ball in the correct place so that I can use it throughout the day.

At least you’re still tone. I’ve got a lot of work to do. lol π
