Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

I love to jazz mine up with Greek yogurt, and fresh fruit. Every week it’s what fruit is on offer, and this week it’s pineapple, seedless grapes, and blueberries.

What’s your go to breakfast?


  1. My brekky starts off with a bowl of oatmeal to which I add: one tbsp wheat germ, one tbsp flax. One tbsp hemp hearts. Then a dash of cinnamon and a banana and some raspberries. This is followed by some vanilla yogurt. Quite yummy.

  2. Overnight oats made with soya yogurt and various fruits added – this morning was grated pear and raspberries from the garden – delicious 🙂

  3. I am struggling with mine. I have to eat first thing in the morning before I take my puppy for a walk but I am not a morning eater. I have had Raisin Bran cereal a couple or times but then I am hungry before lunch so that’s not working for me.

  4. I alternate between oatmeal with fruit on top, cereal with fruit on top, along with orange juice and coffee. Sundays, I make us an egg on top of an English muffin (Cinnamon Raisin) with a bit of butter and sugar free syrup. On Sundays I usually also have a protein iced coffee shake vs the cup of coffee. Seems to work for me.
