I feel so sorry for family and friends having to get through another heatwave in England.
My daughter went shopping today only to find freezers off in supermarkets, and little fresh produce. Here’s hoping that it is only the 4 days that are anticipated.

It is a little warm here, to say the least but we are made of sterner stuff than that here in good old Blighty and won’t let the baking noonday sun stop us from going about our daily business even if I have to resort to the wearing of my pith helmet to get me through the day. For never forget just like the film Ice Cold in Alex at the end of the day there is always an ice cold Carlsberg lager to fortify us weary Brits!
