No surgery is needed. I have to wear a knee brace with hinges to support my knee, and make it stronger, coupled with physical therapy twice a week. The swelling is caused by the arthritis, and these two things should improve my stability, and hopefully my knee won’t keep giving out on me.
I have to go back to him in 6 week’s time.
They are least don’t tell you to lose weight. 🤓
