I rarely ate beefburgers as they were either dry, or no flavor. At age 74, I love them, probably more than a good steak.
The reason being that we get the Publix made ones, that already have bacon/cheese/ and a variety of minced up ingredients added to them. An 8 ounce one costs around $3 to $4, and marinating it in Worcestershire sauce, gives it added flavor, and it doesn’t dry out. If you live in Florida, where Publix is based then easy are easy to find.

Worcestershire is also good on meatloaf and any hamburgers. Yes, if you can afford Publix, go for it. The best!!
