English roast dinner for an American Holiday.

I started cooking at 8.00 a.m., and everything came together to eat at 1.00 p.m. My roast potatoes were around the turkey so were infused with its juices. The sausage meat mixed with the sage and onion stuffing moistened the turkey from inside. With steamed vegetables, cranberry sauce, and rich OXO gravy, it turned out to perfection.

Really looking forward to having it again tomorrow.
