I was on a 7-day cruise for my birthday and gained 7 lbs. during that time. I lost 5 lbs. the first week back and have taken the remaining 2 lbs. off during the second week.
I am eating 3 small meals a day of mainly fruit, vegetables, and salad. I drink my morning coffee with no sugar, water, and only one alcoholic drink if I fancy it. This works great for me, and anyone out there cruising should be able to do this.
