At ages 69, and my husband 83, we have aches, and pains. As well as sport injuries for me. So I was delighted to receive the CoSoMo Body Massager, that is also a Skin Scrubber, Facial Cleanser.
I have big foam rollers to help with my back, and shoulders, then a sports one, that has balls at each end. I use both of these to help with the blood flow in those areas. I have to lay on the floor for the back one, and manually do both. That is way I couldn’t wait to try the new one that is battery operated.
Well I tried it on my husband’s back, as you can see in the short video, and photos. He said it was amazing. I then used it on my right knee, that gives me pain, my left shoulder, and the back of my neck.
A couple of years ago I used sport’s gels, and sticks, or muscle rubs, but they didn’t help at all. My monthly massage, I treat myself too, means I come out a new women.
I can honestly say that this really did help me. I used it before going to the gym this morning. While at the first one I did stretching, balancing on the upside down BOSU, doing squats, and then lifting the kettle bell. I did that for 30 minutes. I then went on a couple of machines, as my next stop was my boxing session with my trainer.
He had me do 3 rounds with him, and in between burpees while sitting on, and punching the heavy weight bag. I had no breath left, and could barely speak, but I have had no pain whatsoever.
Therefore I can testify that the CoSoMo Body Massager really worked for me. I plan on using it every morning, because I go to the gym 6 days a week, and walk on the 7th.
I haven’t tried it on my face yet, but know that if it works this good on my body, my face is in for a treat.
