At ages 69, and my husband 83, we have aches, and pains. As well as sport injuries for me. So I was delighted to receive the CoSoMo Body Massager, that is also a Skin Scrubber, Facial Cleanser.

I have big foam rollers to help with my back, and shoulders, then a sports one, that has balls at each end. I use both of these to help with the blood flow in those areas. I have to lay on the floor for the back one, and manually do both. That is way I couldn’t wait to try the new one that is battery operated.

Well I tried it on my husband’s back, as you can see in the short video, and photos. He said it was amazing. I then used it on my right knee, that gives me pain, my left shoulder, and the back of my neck.

A couple of years ago I used sport’s gels, and sticks, or muscle rubs, but they didn’t help at all. My monthly massage, I treat myself too, means I come out a new women.

I can honestly say that this really did help me. I used it before going to the gym this morning. While at the first one I did stretching, balancing on the upside down BOSU, doing squats, and then lifting the kettle bell. I did that for 30 minutes. I then went on a couple of machines, as my next stop was my boxing session with my trainer.

He had me do 3 rounds with him, and in between burpees while sitting on, and punching the heavy weight bag. I had no breath left, and could barely speak, but I have had no pain whatsoever.

Therefore I can testify that the CoSoMo Body Massager really worked for me. I plan on using it every morning, because I go to the gym 6 days a week, and walk on the 7th.

I haven’t tried it on my face yet, but know that if it works this good on my body, my face is in for a treat.

I only do face makeup when I am going somewhere special, but recently blacked out, so needed to use concealer to cover up my black eye. That’s why I wanted the Emaxdesign Silicone Makeup Sponge, Applicator Blender for Contouring Cream & Liquids.

I was finding with the sponges, I was wasting too much product, so figured that these could work for me. You get 3 transparent silicone non-sponge powder puffs. They are see-through, which means that you can actually see where you are applying, and how much concealer/foundation/rouge, you are using.

You have the 3 different shapes, for the areas of your face, that you can outline if you wish.

I squeezed a small amount of concealer onto the pear shape one, spread it thinly, and then applied it to the underneath of my eye. This area was black, mauve, and purple. As you can see in my photos, after using the concealer on the new clear sponge, I was able to get right into the corner of my eye area. It really looked so much better, and I felt comfortable, going out in public.

They are easy to wash off, with a little soap, and water. I love that there are three of them, oval, circular, and the pear shaped one. They are well made, and I can see that they will stand up over a long period of time.

I did receive these for free, and was pleased that they saved me money, by using less concealer.

The more you do it, the longer it spins.

It has a slight humming noise, and that really helps anyone with sensory needs. It calms them down.

I have to say that the Meaneor Women’s Sparkly Sequin Gold Spaghetti Strap Sleeveless T-Shirt Tank Top, is so different to any other top I have in my closet.

First off, it comes in gold, and green, and I decided on the green, in the small size. My bust size is 34.5 and it fits perfectly. It is made of 100% polyester.

You can see in the photos, and the video that is has really thin straps, that look more like black rope, then flat straps. It also has black lace around the top of it. Then you get the pretty sequins. They cover the whole of the top, which makes it shimmer, and shine.

It almost looked like s skirt when I first took it out, as it is tighter at the top, and has a flair to it. It doesn’t matter what size waist you have, this will fit you. It kind of comes down in folds, and when you turn, it swirls out.

The top is beautifully made, with no rough edges.

I am planning on wearing it dancing tonight, with either a black skirt or trousers, and know that they will look perfect together. It is great for any special occasion.

I love to go into a home, and smell essential oil fragrances. That is why I was so happy to receive the ARCHEER Essential Oil Diffuser, 300 ml. Cool Mist Humidifier with Color hanging LED Lights.

This diffuser is a woodgrain finish, which means that it will look great in any room. So simple to set up, the hole for the cord is underneath it. Just push it in. Use the enclosed little jug to fill it up to the line. Add your favorite essential oil.

Plug it in, and switch on. You can have it going through the whole cycle of colors, or stop it on your favorite color. Press the second button for the stream of vapors to flow. Depending on how you use it, it will run for 1 to 6 hours. When empty is automatically turns itself off.

The lights are very restful on the lower light, or you can make it nice and bright. I really find that it relaxes me, especially if I use lavender. I use peppermint is I have a headache, and it really seems to help.

The ARCHEER essential oil diffuser is extremely well made, and doesn’t take up a lot of space. This one is going on my dressing table, so that I can enjoy it before going to bed, and also when I get up.

Being a gym rat, I am there 7 days a week, and really need my pre-workout drink, as well as a protein shake afterwards. That is why I wanted the AAZADR Mixing Water Bottle for Blending.

The color I chose was red, but it also comes in blue, purple, and black. I have the 18 ounce size, but depending on color they go from 18 to 21 ounce.

The bottle itself is clear plastic, and has the measurements up the side of it. It also has two nice hand grips, so that it is less likely for you to drop the bottle. The top screws on, and is a good fit. There is a one inch diameter hole for drinking from the bottle. It is secured with a white locking cap. You need to press down hard to lock it in. It also has a carrying handle.

The blending part of this product is the metal ball, that comes with it.

First off, I really cleaned the bottle as it had a slight smell. Then I put my fat free/skimmed milk in it, added a large scoop of my chocolate whey protein, and secured the top. I then gave it a really good shake. It does take a couple of minutes to loosen the whey powder around the metal ball.

When I drank it, it tasted as good as if I had put it in the blender, and my husband didn’t have to put up with the noise, that it makes.

I have also used it to blend my pre-workout powder with water, that I drink 20 – 30 minutes before I do boxing/kick boxing, Zumba, weight lighting, and/or circuit training.

I did receive this product for free, and have been using it for a week, to ensure thorough testing.

I often wear denim shorts, but they tend to get really hot and uncomfortable, here in Florida. So I was happy to receive the Ekouaer Women’s Solid Stretch Board Shorts Sport Swimwear Beach Shorts.

They are 88% polyester, and 12% spandex. They come just above my knees, which is a comfortable length. I love the stretchy waistband, and they also have a tie, if you need them any tighter. The fit for me is perfect. I am a size 2-4, weigh 110 pounds, and the small is just the right size.

I have the dark gray, but you can also get them in black, and dark blue. They are extremely well made, and you can see in the photos, that they go well with a Ekouaer top I have. I will shortly be writing a review about that too.

I went walking in them today, and stayed cool, even though the temperatures are in the high 80’s. I plan on wearing them next time I have a boxing session, with my trainer. I can see that I will be able to wear them to any casual outing. I don’t sweat at all in them, and that is great.

They are machine washable, and I will be washing them tomorrow, and am sure that they will turn out great.

I did receive these shorts for free, and wanted to let you see how amazing they are on me. I honestly think they fit me better, than the model, on the Amazon page.

I have a few of the Fidget Spinners now, and was delighted to receive the easyDecor EDC Tri Fidget Spinner Hand Toy Stress Reducer Focus Toy Relieves Boredom 1- 2 min + Spin Time.

I can tell by just looking at it, that it is a better quality than the other ones I have. This one looks like it is ceramic, and I tried to check on the Amazon website, and couldn’t find it. It is the Fidget Flag, which is very patriotic. It has the stars and stripes on it, and the center circle has stars on one side, and stripes on the other. It is also heavier than my other ones.

The spin is very smooth, and I can do just over a minute with it. The cheaper looking plastic ones, do spin a lot longer. However, they are not as pretty as this one.

From the website: ‘TECHNOLOGY – Electroplating Material, Great to Avoid Rusting.’

These are suggested for Anxiety, Focusing, Autism, Quitting Bad Habits, Staying Awake, etc. Personally I think it is for fun too.

With the 4th of July coming up, this would be a neat gift if you are going to a party.

Over the years my husband has been in hospital several times, and needed assistance once he came home. For these emergencies I have a wheelchair, a walker, a regular cane/stick, and now the EECOO Self Standing Folding Walking Cane Lightweight Walking Stick with LED Light, and Cushion Handle Adjustable Folding Cane. This can be used for either sex.

Where do I start. First off, it stands on it’s own, as it has the four pronged foot. That means that you can use it from a sitting position, or a standing one. It folds up, which is great when it is not needed, and easy to open when required.

It gives really good support, and my husband weighs around 166 pounds, and it holds his weight. I read that it is good up to 200 pounds. It has a bright flashlight, which really helps if you fall asleep, and it’s dark when you wake up, or if you are out at night.

It is sturdily made, and adjustable, for all heights. This means that 2 elderly people could use it, and be comfortable for both of them.

Living in Florida I tend to go for thinner robes, and that is why I chose the HOTOUCH Women’s Cotton Lightweight Hotel Spa Bathrobe Sleeve Short Sleepwear S-XXL.

It is a more conservative bathrobe than some of the satin ones I have, but that can be a good thing. There are times when you have visitors, or need to go to the door, and I am pleased to say that this robe covers well.

It is made of 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex, and is extremely soft to the touch, which make it feel really comfortable on.

It has an inner tie, which secures one side, and then the main tie is stitched at the back, and you just pull it to the front, and tie it. When closed it has a V at the front. The robe has three quarter length sleeves. It has 2 fairly deep pockets at the side, to slip your hands in, or put a Kleenex in.

I am wearing this bathrobe while staying in my timeshare, and it is perfect for coverage.
