Thanksgiving food yesterday – Boxing today.
7 and a half months, and my left shoulder is much stronger.
Boxing, TRX, and crunches day.
My left shoulder is much improved.
Getting into the swing of my boxing again.
It’s 9 p.m. Thursday night,
Monday Body Pump, Tuesday Core Wednesday Body Pump, and 9 a.m. this morning boxing with my trainer.
I am my number 1 priority.
