Tried my first class, asides from Zumba.

Seeing improvement in my shoulder.

Yesterday it was 2,000 crunches at the gym.

Had a real fun Zumba class today.

Just done an hour of stretches, and exercises for my shoulder.

Nice time at the Marine Corp last night.

It’s 3 weeks since I saw the sports orthopedic specialist.

I need to get back on track.
